"Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives."
William A. Foster
The reason why some website developers can build “cheap” websites is not only because they employ off-the-shelf templates, but because, in an attempt to keep the price (and their costs) down, they sacrifice, compromise, or just fail to understand the most important elements of a quality website. The ultimate goal of any redesign effort should be a high-performing website.
Some HubSpot agencies, while perhaps great print designers, lack experience in UI/UX and don't have staff that has mastered the intricacies of HubSpot template and theme design. Thus, they often utilize offshore developers to "save money" but it rarely the end customer that is saving money, and it is a huge compromise to the customer (and the agency's reputation), in part due to the time lag in making even small changes.
