Privately Funded Task Force Reunites with 30dps
to Launch National Marketing Campaign

The privately funded National Day of Prayer Task Force (NDPTF) is at the helm of one of our country's most celebrated annual observances: the National Day of Prayer, held on the first Thursday of May.

After supporting the organization for several years, providing a wide array of marketing, design and technical services, NDPTF became one of our most vocal fans. But after forming a strategic partnership with another sizable organization with its own internal resources, NDPTF was able to insource the services we provide.

Much to our delight, after only a few years, they were ready to reunite with us... and just in time for 30dps to help launch the 2014 National Day of Prayer campaign!

An Annual Challenge

Designing a fresh, new, impactful theme each year for the annual Day of Prayer event is always an exciting challenge for us.  These yearly designs permeate all National Day of Prayer marketing materials, including website, print materials, catalogs and event collateral.  Our developers also construct custom online applications that enable NDPTF to effectively communicate with their organizers to coordinate events around the country.  

A Momentous Event

Although they actively support prayer events throughout the year, there is no doubt that the efforts culminate at the annual National Day of Prayer event in Washington, D.C. and corresponding events around the country.  Ramping up to the big day, 30dps is energized, providing support across multiple platforms, including social media, event promotion, and task force mobilization.

Citizen-led non-profit recruits 30dps to expedite recovery after Waldo Canyon Fire

The neighborhood lost 347 homes in a matter of hours, and the non-profit Colorado Springs Together was immediately formed to lead the restoration efforts. The trauma of losing everything overnight left the residents of this community in shock and in urgent need of hope and direction. It was clear that we needed an effective way to continuously communicate with the two thousand affected families… and we needed it quickly!

A Quick Launch

Within a week, the 30dps team had created an easily recognizable brand, developed a robust website, and launched numerous campaigns to establish presence and authority within the media and the neighborhood as the official recovery organization. But as important as this quick launch was to the success of the effort, it was only the beginning.

A Daily Dose of Support

Over the next weeks and months, 30dps worked closely with the all-volunteer leadership team at Colorado Springs Together to launch a steady stream of communications providing resources, tools, support and hope to the community. In addition to real-time updates to the information presented on the website, the team published daily, targeted e-blasts and social media posts designed to provide comfort, assurance, and a reliable source of timely, relevant information.  

An Unprecedented Recovery

30dps is honored to have been a partner in this critical effort, and is especially proud of the unprecedented pace at which the Mountain Shadows community has recovered, reaching a 78% rebuild level within only two years.

In 2004, Bethesda Senior Living Communities, then Bethesda Senior Living Centers, issued a call for a new marketing firm to rebrand the company, revamp their website and update all their marketing collateral. 30dps answered that call and, using a creative approach to presenting our company and skills, landed the contract. The partnership with Bethesda has continued to flourish, keeping the brand fresh and current, expanding marketing efforts from print ads and a printed newsletter to social media and blogging.

Though Bethesda is made up of 19 communities in 6 states, each community has different needs and preferences and a different market in which to reach and compete. 30dps provides a unified brand that addresses each community's preferences.

The team at 30dps did a remarkable job when we needed a rebranding of Bethesda Adult Communities. Our website and marketing materials were old, tired, and outdated.  They brought new life and energy to the company with the website redesign. Their online work was superior, but it carried over into the communities and gave them a sense of purpose. Our locations became proud of who they were, which engendered a more positive job caring for the residents who called our communities their homes.  We would certainly use 30dps again, and I highly recommend them as a professional and knowledgable organization.
