What Are Story Points?

Story Points are the unit 30dps uses to estimate and allocate work. Instead of billing for every hour spent on a task, work is assigned a Story Point value based on the effort, complexity, and resources required to complete it.

A monthly engagement includes an agreed number of Story Points. Those points can then be applied to website development, HubSpot implementation, AI initiatives, custom development, integrations, optimization, or other agreed priorities.

The current base rate is $200 per Story Point, although rates may vary depending on engagement length, scope, and turnaround requirements.
