Q. We've been doing a lot of advertising and it seems to work. Why do we need 30dps?
A. If everything is working, and your ads are bringing in the return you'd hoped for, perhaps you don't need us. But we've found that often businesses are spending too much money for too little return. We will work to find more profitable ways of getting your message out.
Q. Why should I risk making a substantial investment in marketing and advertising now with this depressed economy?
A. It is during a recession that fortunes are often made and top brands surfaced by those who boldly and aggressively launch smart marketing and advertising campaigns. When your competitors are playing it safe and pulling back on their marketing is the best time to rise above the pack with an exceptional branding effort, or a carefully strategized ad campaign. And it is often the cheapest time to do it.
Q. Given that I haven't ever really done much marketing, why should I make this investment now?
A. If you are growing your business at the desired rate, see no threat of competition, and are confident that the demand for your products and services will only increase, you are uniquely fortunate. Even so, evolving technologies, off-shore competition, increasing labor costs, and government regulations may make an effective marketing strategy a necessity for survival. And, increasingly, the incorporation of strategic (new media) marketing is producing amazing and affordable results.

A. The use of the Web as a two-way tool for dialoguing with your clients; email marketing; online newsletters; search engine marketing; interactive commercials; electronic catalogs and brochures; sales tools and quality presentations; and online systems that empower your customers to easily transact business with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q. What will your services cost? Aren't ad agencies expensive?
A. Traditional agencies are expensive. We are a non-traditional agency, and our focus is on making you more successful, not on winning awards, nor on fattening our wallets or portfolio at your expense. Because we want to earn your trust, you'll find that our time accounting is honest and generous and our rates balanced and fair. Our staff is efficient and hard-working. We never hit you with unexpected charges and constantly look for ways to help you achieve your dreams.
One reason why some ad agencies seem to be priced so high is that they look first at mass media alternatives that cost a lot of money both to produce and to publish/place. Because we look first at how new media or direct marketing might be able to maximize your return on your investment, we save you money.
Q. If I decide later that the return on investment just isn't there, can I cancel the contract?
A. Our marketing agreements typically allow you to change or terminate our agreement with only a 30-day notice (many agencies require as much as 90 days or have no termination provision at all.) But we will give you every reason to stay.
